Everything it does.
Training seriously usually means six apps: one for lifting, one for macros, one
for runs, one for the scale, one for lab work, one for reminders. This is all of them in one
record.
ONE APP · TWELVE AREAS · SEVEN TABS
01
AI that does the data entry
The tedious part of tracking, handled. Nothing is saved until you confirm it.
- Photograph a meal and the AI proposes the ingredients it identifies, each with an estimated portion, estimated macros and a low/medium/high confidence rating. Include or exclude each one, then log it.
- Upload a DEXA report (photo or PDF) and it pulls the body-composition figures into an editable review screen: body fat percent, fat mass, lean mass, bone mineral content, FMI and FFMI, visceral fat, A/G ratio, and the per-limb breakdown.
- Upload a blood panel and it reads out each biomarker it can find with its value, unit and reference range, sorted into panels (CBC, lipid, metabolic, thyroid, hormone, vitamin), showing the range the report printed and which values it flagged.
- Scan a barcode to look a packaged food up in Open Food Facts, set your servings, and log it.
- Search by name against a public food database.
02
Delta, the AI companion
An animated character who lives in the app. Optional, off until you switch her on in Settings, and available once you are signed in. She does things, not just talk.
- Log food by asking. Tell her what you ate and she looks it up online, then shows a confirmation card with the match, servings and meal before anything is written.
- Change your targets by asking. Ask her to move your calorie, protein, carb or fat goal and she brings up a card; tap Save and the new target is written.
- Remove a mislogged entry by naming it; she picks the match and confirms before deleting.
- Talk to her. Hold the mic and speak, and your words are transcribed on your device.
- She remembers. With your confirmation she keeps short notes about you and carries them into later chats. A “What Delta Remembers” screen shows your bond level, recent milestones and every fact she has saved, and lets you delete any of them.
- She knows your training. Total sessions, days since your last log, and your five most recent workouts.
03
Training
- Log a workout with a title, a format (AMRAP, EMOM, For Time, Tabata, Chipper or Strength), your result, Rx or Scaled, and notes.
- Personal records against a built-in list of 28 lifts, benchmark workouts and endurance tests, each charted over time with an estimated one-rep max.
- Interval and round timers with one-tap Tabata, EMOM and HIIT presets, adjustable work, rest and rounds, sound and vibration on every phase change, and your own presets saved.
- Stats: workouts this week, this month and all time, and what share were Rx.
04
Nutrition
- Macro targets tracked across the day and the week, logged to breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks with a per-meal breakdown.
- Work out your numbers. Answer six questions about your body, activity and goal and the app calculates BMR and maintenance calories using the Mifflin–St Jeor equation.
- Targets that adapt. After about ten days of weigh-ins and food logs, the app re-estimates your calorie burn from your own data rather than a formula.
- Water counted toward a daily target from the home screen.
- A weekly report: meals logged, average daily calories and protein, and how that compares to your target.
05
Cardio and GPS
- Runs, walks, rides and hikes with your route drawn live on the map as distance, time, pace, speed and elevation gain update on screen.
- Background recording. Grant Always location access and the route keeps recording with the app backgrounded or the phone locked.
- Every activity saved with its route, distance, pace, elevation and duration.
06
Heart rate
- Pair a Bluetooth chest strap (any monitor broadcasting the standard heart-rate profile) and see live BPM, signal strength and battery level.
- Live sessions showing BPM against age-based zones, training load and calorie burn.
- Session history with activity, duration, average and max heart rate.
07
Body Lab
Body composition and lab work in one place, read as a trend rather than a single number.
- DEXA scans charted over time: body fat, lean mass, fat mass, visceral fat, FFMI and A/G ratio, for any metric captured on two or more scans.
- Biomarkers charted across reports, plotted in date order for any marker that appears more than once.
- Every saved report stays openable, grouped by panel, with reference ranges and what fell outside them.
08
Medications and peptides
- Add what you take by searching for it by name, then setting the dose, unit and route.
- Schedule it: daily, twice daily, three times daily, weekly, fortnightly, or specific weekdays, with one or more dose times.
- Reminders delivered at each dose time once you allow notifications.
- Adherence: mark each dose taken or skipped, see a 30-day percentage per medication, and page back week by week.
09
Cycle tracking
- Log periods with flow and symptoms, and see your current phase and cycle day on the home screen.
- Next-period estimate from your own history.
10
Progress
- A weekly report totaling your GPS activities and heart-rate sessions for the Monday–Sunday week.
- Weigh-ins in pounds or kilograms, charted with a smoothed trend line over 7, 14 or 30 days or all time, against a target you set.
11
Apple Health
Off until you turn it on and grant permission. The home screen can then show
today's steps and active energy.
- Nothing read from Health is stored by the app. It is shown for the current day only.
12
Your data
- It follows you. Signed in, your food log, weigh-ins, macro targets, workouts, personal records, DEXA scans, blood panels, medications and dose history back up to your account and return when you sign in on another phone, with dose reminders re-created with them.
- Coach Access. Two independent switches in Settings decide what an assigned trainer can see: one for body and lab data, a separate one for medications and cycle, so sharing a body scan never exposes the rest.
- Delete everything. Your account and all of its data can be erased from inside the app at any time.
Food photos and any report you upload are sent to a third-party AI service to
read the numbers off them; the report itself is not kept, only the values. The app operator can
access your data to provide coaching and support. Full detail in the
privacy policy.

What this app is not
It is a logbook and a training tool. It is not a medical
device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing in it is medical
advice. Values read from a report are an AI’s reading of your document, not a measurement. Talk to a qualified professional about your health.
